I'd rather not go into detail with my story, but im a rape victim, i was 12. i'm not using this as a crutch to get financial aid, but i'm curious as to why i can't find any scholarships for rape victims. NO OFFENSE but there are plenty for african americans because their ANCESTORS suffered, but none for rape victims who they themselves suffered and suffer EVERYDAY here and now in THEIR lifetime. there are numerous scholarships for left handed people, tall people, people with blue eyes, ect. Is the saying "take something bad and turn it into something good" dead? Hello, I am looking for a list of letter combinations that people often mistype/misspell - for example "spaek" instead of "speak". my 2 and a half year old has chapped lips even though she drinks lots of water all day. I tried to put chapstick on her, but she keeps licking it off. Is there a chapstick for toddlers? I had strep about 2 1/2 weeks ago and it went away, but we were at an outside concert this past weekend (first night of cold weather in AZ) and I was only wearing a long sleeve shirt until 10:00 pm (like 4-5 hours). I asked this question yesterday and there seems to be some confusing as to what I was asking. I am making a dvd for my sister with certain episodes of FRIENDS on it. I have all the seasons on DVD. I am not looking to convert any files. I just want to put certain episodes from different DVDs onto one DVD. Example, would be like taking Episode 2 from SEASON 7 disc 1 and then take Episode 5 from Season 6 disc 2 and putting them on the same disc with out buring the entire disc. Why do programs that I download not work? In the last few months, all the programs that I download online do not open. For example, iTunes used to work and when I updated it, it does not open, but when I go to turn off my Windows, there is a box requesting me to end the iTunes program. I'm looking for a Nikkor zoom with something around a 24-100mm range. Your reccomendations please.Sorry, I haven't used any in that range, but Nikon does have a 24-85, 24-120, and a 28-100. I do own the 28-200. It's a pretty decent lense. There is noticeable softness around 135 and up so it's more like a 28-135 lense. It depends on the lense but you probably want something just a little longer/wider than you will use on average because the quality can drop off at the extreme ends of the lense. But like I said it does depend on the lense because some are better than others. Which ever one you pick you should go for the ED version because it's suppose to give better optics. I have a vinyl floor already that is very level but just not pleasing to the eye. It is not embossed so I am not worried about that showing through the new peel and stick tile I bought. I put my lip ring in today after having it out for a bit of time (I've done this many times before). After about 15 minutes, I took it back out, looked in the mirror, and noticed extreme swelling around the area. I asked this question yesterday and there seems to be some confusing as to what I was asking. I am making a dvd for my sister with certain episodes of FRIENDS on it. I have all the seasons on DVD. I am not looking to convert any files. I just want to put certain episodes from different DVDs onto one DVD. Example, would be like taking Episode 2 from SEASON 7 disc 1 and then take Episode 5 from Season 6 disc 2 and putting them on the same disc with out buring the entire disc. For example, iTunes used to work and when I updated it, it does not open, but when I go to turn off my Windows, there is a box requesting me to end the iTunes program. I do own the 28-200. It's a pretty decent lense. There is noticeable softness around 135 and up so it's more like a 28-135 lense. It depends on the lense but you probably want something just a little longer/wider than you will use on average because the quality can drop off at the extreme ends of the lense. But like I said it does depend on the lense because some are better than others. Which ever one you pick you should go for the ED version because it's suppose to give better optics. Hey guys I just have a question. Is it normal to not have AF for 63 days after coming off YAZ? I came off of it Sept 10th and got AF Oct 3rd. It usually always comes on the first day of the month so it was 2 days late. It lasted for about 3 days and was heavier than usual. I was expecting AF on Nov 1st but it never came. I just purchased a 30D with a 28-135 IS lens. I don't think this is going to help me in shooting baseball games. So can some of you please recommend a nice zoom lens? I have a vinyl floor already that is very level but just not pleasing to the eye. It is not embossed so I am not worried about that showing through the new peel and stick tile I bought. However, in doing some research, I am getting conflicting information whether or not to use extra glue. It seems to be that it would make a mess but I may be wrong. I put my lip ring in today after having it out for a bit of time (I've done this many times before). After about 15 minutes, I took it back out, looked in the mirror, and noticed extreme swelling around the area. It was new jewelry that I had put in, but I've had the same kind of jewelry in it before. I'm just wondering if this has happened to anybody else, and if so, how long did it take for the swelling to go down?
